Title - Ticketless travel: CR gets `10.38cr

During November a total of 2.19 lakh cases of ticketless/ irregular travel, including unbooked luggage, have been detected by the CR, as against 1.34 lakh cases detected in November 2011, an increase of 63.43%. The amount realised from these cases is Rs10.38 crore as against Rs6.04 crore during the corresponding period last year, an increase of 71.85%. Ticket checking earnings for November 2012 is the highest ever earnings in a single month.
